Hands down one of my favorite diners. I only come here for breakfast really on Sundays, Since is not far from me. They have a very comfy homey ambiance. The service is always good never had a bad server here. I will say if you do go on the weekends like me is very pack so you'll have to wait but is never a long wait. Now the food man I get the same thing every time I come. The corn beef hash with potatoes, scrambled eggs & butter toast. The corn beef hash is not to salty but is not bland is just perfect the potatoes eh there kinda just there sitting on the bench but when you add salt pepper cholula hot sauce and some ketchup on them wowwwww KOBEEEE! Overall the food in my opinion is good but then again I do get the same thing. Maybe next time I'll try something different.

This place checks all the boxes of what a diner should be! Don't be discouraged if there's a line out the door. It moves fast. Service was prompt. The menu is your typical diner fare. We visited for breakfast both times, recommended by a friend who lives close by. I had the veggie omelet and it was generously sized. They refill your coffee often, which is to me the hallmark of a good diner. This is your no frills, satisfying diner experience. Glad I now have a favorite spot when staying in this area. Highly recommend!

I walked approximately 20 minutes to this location, which was the only seated breakfast spot we could find that morning. My family of 4 was seated immediately. It definitely wasn't a wasted trip. The menu was filled with just about every item you can imagine for breakfast. The portions were favorable. They even had cappuccino and flavors, which is an anomaly for many places to have a specialty coffee option - it's usually just black coffee that I have to add loads of creamer to and create a personalized latte. lol Service was exceptionally fast and accurate. And the ambiance was designed as expected for a diner. Give it a try if you're nearby.

We are Seinfeld fans so had to check out Westway! Our breakfast was delicious!! Everything was fresh! Our waiter was amazing! And the ambience was perfect! If you are looking for a traditional city diner experience look no further!! I will say the bathroom was a bit dirty. I'm still giving them 5 stars bc it was crazy busy. We waited in a small line but only for about 10 min.

Our group of nine had mixed reviews. Overall good. Service was courteous and very fast! Loved the chicken and waffles 4.5/5. We got the tenders but I recommend the chicken on the bone. Potatoes 1/5- they were too salty and not well seasoned. French toast 4.5/5. Over medium eggs 5/5. Omelette (build your own) 3.5. Overall we would return. The food seemed fresh.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat after a Broadway show. Prime location, close to pier authority. There's ample booth seating. Even better, you can order breakfast here at night. Got the pancakes, which were some very fluffy and chewy pancakes served with a plateful of packaged butter and syrup. Also got a side of chicken tenders with fries, which was supposed to be an appetizer but was meal portioned. Chicken tender was pretty juicy, fries were cold though, which may have been a factor that I showed up close to closing. Bring cash for a discount. Quick service.

Was in a super rush and was able to grab some Chicken Fettucine Alfredo at lunch. I was concerned at first that ordering Italian at a diner was a bad move, but I was craving pasta. Turned out to be a great move! The sauce was rich, chicken was succulent and the thick noodles were amazingly al dente.

Holy smoke - I'm from Texas and I can to NYC to meet the most gigantic chicken and waffles I've ever seen.... And that's for breakfast . It's enormous and fantastic . The eggs Benedict are perfect. You'll know how hard it is to actually poach an egg properly but for a very busy diner to get it right and just perfect is unusual. Our waiter. Please go see him. His name is Margarito. . Yup Margarita but with an O. Incredible guy but he just threatened to make me finish this enormous portion of chicken and waffles before he allowed me to leave. Consider that before ordering. Very popular with the locals and with visitors alike the service is fantastic and the general flow of people and ambience is what New York City is all about and as visitors we get to experience that in a small little microcosm .

loved it!!! Seating, service, and food is SO QUICK without compromising interaction or food/dish quality. On our NY trip, we stopped here twice for breakfast because it was so good and truly affordable for its location. Both times we ordered the hot chocolate 1000/5 which was rich and topped with a THICK delicious creme. We also ordered the Belgian waffles with eggs, potatoes and bacon, both good 4/5. But My favorite (apart from the chocolate) was their Florentine Benedict 1000/5- perfect balance of flavors with the runny poached eggs with hollandaise sauce over the English muffin with spinach and feta cheese, wow!! So so so good! Dish came with potatoes.
